Their festive heated barn can host small groups of up to ten people for private events that include Goats & Glass Stained Glass Workshops, Wreath Making Workshops, Pumpkin Dried Floral Centerpiece Workshops, Holiday Goat Yoga Classes, and Holiday Goat Happy Hour Experiences. Give your group the gift of choices at Common Fields Food Cart Pod + Taproom. Open tabs or offer food and drink tickets to your guests to use at the variety of ethnic food carts and in the tap room. Their different spaces can accommodate groups from ten to 120 and their spaces are free to reserve and require no food and beverage minimum! Host a private movie night at Darkside Cinema. You’ll have the auditorium all to yourselves and can enjoy the entertainment of your choice while enjoying food and drinks from the on-site concessions! In December, 4 Spirits Distillery has reservation space available in their public space for small groups of about 20 where guests can order off the tasting room menu. Call 541-368-3195 to make your reservation. In January, larger groups can be accommodated in their warehouse space and utilize their catering menu. You'll want to act fast as there are only a few slots left!

The CH2M HILL Alumni Center can accommodate groups from ten to 400+ and you will get to choose your own approved caterer! The Center will feature some holiday decor and orange lights on the outside of the building.

If you prefer to host your party in an art gallery, check with The LaSells Stewart Center for dinner or reception availability. They can accommodate 60 to 120 guests and have colored linens and decorations on hand.

On a tight budget or have some great volunteers to help set up? Check with the Corvallis Community Center, Odd Fellows Hall, or Philomath Scout Lodge for availability. You can bring your own décor, do your own setup and bring your own food and beverage.
