1. Availability: The stay needs to be during the calendar year 2025. This giveaway is subject to blackout dates during Oregon State University events such as Commencement, Family Weekends and football games.
   
2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 21 and older, excluding employees of Visit Corvallis and their immediate family members. 
3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 1 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 31. 
4. How to Enter: To qualify, participants must complete the online entry form.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be randomly selected and notified via email within 5 days of the giveaway’s end. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
6. Prize Details: The prize package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
