This Memorial Day Weekend our local wineries will be throwing open their doors to host open houses! Expect live music, wine tasting, picnicking, and plenty of fun and excellent Oregon wine for everyone.
Airlie Winery, May 25-26, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. - Bring a picnic to compliment Airlie's extensive list of red, white, and carbonated wines, and enjoy live music from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. daily. There will be food for purchase each day. Admission is $18, which includes an Airlie logo wine glass and a $5 coupon that can be used for a tasting flight or toward a wine purchase. Bluebird Hills Cellars, May 23-26, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. - Taste award-winning current releases and enjoy new releases. There's a tasting fee of $10-$25. Details here.
Cardwell Hill Cellars, May 16-18 and May 23-26, 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. - Enjoy new releases, including their 2023 Blush Pinot Noir and a special release of their recently bottled 2024 Rose of Pinot Noir and 2024 Pinot Gris.
Tyee Wine Cellars, May 26, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. - Tyee hosts their annual Memorial Day Picnic and Concert with the Space Neighbors and Cool Jones. Admission is $10. Details here.
Wetzel Estate, May 24-25, 12 p.m.-4 p.m. - Enjoy exclusive savings on select wines along with raffles, lawn games, a daily door prize, charcuterie plates for sale, and more. Details here.
Please note that nearly all of the Heart of Willamette Wineries and other local wineries will have open tasting rooms during Memorial Day weekend, or will be available for tastings by appointment or reservation. Several will have evening concerts featuring regional musicians.
