Corvallis Contra Dance
Get ready to dance the night away at Corvallis Contra Dance, the first Saturday of the month! Dance the night away in Corvallis to live music from Corvallis (and Portland and Vancouver's) very own dance band, The Underdogs, with calling from Eric Curl of Olympia.
All ages, everyone welcome! Kids welcome, and they get in free. No partner necessary, no experience necessary. All dances are taught. Anyone can dance either role. Contra is a queer-friendly and sober social dance form. We foster a dance community that is FUN, SAFE and INCLUSIVE in Corvallis. Always live music and live calling, hosted by the Corvallis Folklore Society. If you like holding hands and spinning in circles to fiddle music, this is the dance scene for you!
