Corvallis-OSU Symphony Winter Concert
The Corvallis-OSU Symphony Orchestra is the oldest continuously operating orchestra in the state of Oregon. From its inception in 1906 as a collegiate orchestra composed of nine members, the symphony has grown into a full symphonic orchestra performing 3 major classical concerts, a holiday concert, and a children’s concert each season.
Olin Hannum will conduct:
- Tailleferre, Germaine - Ballade for Piano and Orchestra, featuring Elizabeth Moss
- Mussorgsky/Ravel - Pictures at an Exhibition
- Holst, Gustav - Jupiter (from The Planets Suite)
- Ravel, Maurice - Mother Goose Suite (various movements)
