Mushroom Day

Discover the wonders of fungi and the magic of the fall forest. Learn basic mushroom ID and cooking tips in the Ed Center and enjoy guided trail walks (mushroom hunting is "look but don't collect"). along with kid-friendly activities, hot food and merchandise for purchase. 

There will be a limited shuttle service from Avery Park.

Admission is $15 for people in-city and $18 for people out-of-city, with a discount on either of $5 for additional family members. Kids under 12 are free.

There is a morning session (9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.) and an afternoon session (1 p.m.-3:30 p.m.) available.
