How To Play: Pick up your Tic-Tac Shop playing card at any of the nine participating downtown shops. Receive one stamp when you make a purchase. Get 3 stamps in a row (up, down, across, or diagonally) to be entered into a giveaway of gift cards and merchandise valued at over $300.
