Fifty artists explores the inner narratives, archetypes, and symbolic language that shape their personal identity and creative vision. From spiritual iconography and ancestral stories to imagined worlds and inner demons, this exhibition seeks work that transforms the deeply personal into the profoundly universal.
You're invited to delve into how individuals construct meaning, identity, and myth through visual language. How do your dreams, memories, cultural heritage, or invented realities inform your artistic practice? What symbols reoccur, what truths or fictions do they reveal?
The Giustina and Murdoch Galleries are located inside the LaSells Stewart Center on the Oregon State campus at 875 SW 26th Street in Corvallis. It's open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
