Join the Hilltop Big Band at they present another summer of free concerts featuring the swing sounds of Basie and others. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended.
This year's concert dates are: June 26; July 10 & 24; August 7 & 21; and Sept. 4. Concerts are 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Hilltop Big Band has been performing in and around Corvallis, Oregon since 1988. They perform a wide variety of big band arrangements, from the timeless classics of Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Stan Kenton and Woody Herman to the more modern arrangements of Stevie Wonder, the Mingus Big Band, Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band, Lee Morgan, Brian Setzer and the Average White Band.
