New Year's Eve in the Lowcountry
Castor Corvallis invites you to ring in the New Year with a winter evening rooted in the Lowcountry. With coastal flavors, glowing candlelight, and a sense of quiet celebration, guests will enjoy a five-course plated dinner with optional beverage pairings thoughtfully curated for the evening. Bid goodbye to 2025 and step into 2026; a year of confidence, clarity, and momentum. This is a night to savor what’s been and raise a glass to what’s ahead.
Castor's regular beverage menu will be available for those not participating in the beverage pairings.
There are two seating times available: 5 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Event times will run approximately two and a half hours so plan accordingly. The event will take place in the back dining room. The restaurant will remain open for regular seating and reservations.
With advance notice, dietary restrictions or allergies may be accommodated for this dinner. Please send an email for requests.
This 5-course dinner is $100 per person on the night of the event with optional 5-course beverage pairings for $75 per person.
