Attaching images for useage also grants Visit Corvallis a perpetual, royalty-free right for Visit Corvallis to (a) use and share the Work in connection with the promotion of tourism in Oregon via marketing campaigns in print, electronic, editorial, websites, out of home and social media pages/feeds owned or controlled by Visit Corvallis and its local, regional and state partners. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

Visit Corvallis may use the images in perpetuity worldwide for marketing purposes, including for advertising competitions, trade publications and retrospective editorial material. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Creator acknowledges that participation in the Services means Visit Corvallis can use the Work for Visit Corvallis’ business and marketing purposes, including use in any media that accepts advertising or promotional content or communications (such as, but not limited to, digital, print, television or radio).
