Public Goat Yoga Classes Are Launching at No Regrets Farm Sanctuary's Headquarters in Monroe, Oregon on Oct. 1

Original Goat Yoga's headquarters in Monroe, Oregon, located between Eugene and Corvallis, will be offering classes open to the public starting October 1, 2022.

Goat Yoga was founded at No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in 2016 and has appeared in hundreds of media outlets, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, People Magazine, and many more. Founder Lainey Morse will be sharing her original Goat Yoga goats (yes, the same goats that started it all!) at her farm sanctuary starting on October 1st at 4 p.m. This will be a 30-minute Goat Yoga Class, followed by a Goat Happy Hour with local Willamette Valley wine and charcuterie.

Don't miss this - it'll be the first public classes provided at the farm since 2017!

Join No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in the Southern Willamette Valley. Get outdoors in a beautiful setting, surround yourself with animals and disconnect from stress. The farm sanctuary scenery overlooks the Coastal Mountains to the west and the historic Bellfountain church to the north, like a scene straight out of a fairytale. The farm sanctuary is surrounded by grass farm fields, hazelnut orchards, large old-growth Douglas Fir, and the old barn that was built in 1890.

After your goat yoga class, Lainey, the Founder of Goat Yoga, will take you for a quick tour around the farm, walking with the goats and their three huge and lovable guardian dogs. After that, she’ll leave you alone to wander the farm and soak in the goat therapy during Goat Happy Hour. This therapeutic experience is guaranteed to put a smile on your face, and you will leave happy. If you’re looking for an experience that is good for your mental health, this is it.
