Halloween 2020 in Corvallis

Halloween is one of our favorite times of the year in Corvallis, and while we have to announce that this year's Downtown Corvallis Trick or Treat event is unfortunately canceled, we do have some other fun events coming up to help you celebrate. Check out the list below!

Keep an eye on this spot - we'll add more events as we find them.

1. Corn Maze & Haunted Maze
Corn Maze & Haunted Maze at the Melon Shack in Corvallis, Oregon

Every year the Melon Shack hosts a daily corn maze and a haunted corn maze on weekend nights, along with a pumpkin patch and hayrides. There are a few changes this year due to the coronavirus, including a mask requirement. Learn more.

2. Davis Family Farm Hayrides and Pumpkin Patch

Visit the Davis Family Farm to enjoy hay rides to their pumpkin patch daily! Go on a hayride, solve their corn maze, and take part on kids' activities. You can buy pumpkins to carve or paint while you're there, and there's cider and donuts available for purchase, too. Learn more.

3. Whiteside Movie Night
Whiteside Theatre in Corvallis, Oregon

The Whiteside Theatre is pleased to present a Halloween-themed movie at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays in October, with a special family afternoon movie on Halloween. This year's movies include Little Shop of Horrors, The Lost Boys, The Frighteners, and Casper. Learn more.

4. Home Life Annual Great Pumpkin Run

Join Home Life, Inc. for the 30th Annual Great Pumpkin Run, happening virtually October 24-31, 2020. You can run a 5K, 10K, or choose your own distance race on the usual course starting near the Benton County Fairgrounds (110 SW 53rd Street, Corvallis), or anywhere you’d like to run. Learn more.

5. Drive Thru Trick-Or-Treat Tunnel
Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis presents a Drive-Through Trick or Treat on Oct. 30 in Corvallis, Oregon

The Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis will host a safe drive-through Halloween tunnel for families on Friday, October 30, at the Solar Building in the southwest corner of the Benton County Fairgrounds. Admission is free, but registration is encouraged so they can count how many treat bags they'll need. Learn more.

6. Reverse Trunk or Treat at the Drive-In

Visit the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Grounds on Oct. 30 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for fun Halloween festivities. Pre-filled treat bags will be handed out to each child upon entering. Costumes are encouraged. Families can choose to park and stay for a drive-in style Halloween movie screening, or you can just drive-through for your treat bag. Learn more.

7. Halloween Burlesque & Drag Show

Hot Mess Productions is back at the Whiteside Theatre with thrills, chills, burlesque, drag, and more on Oct. 30 at 8 p.m.! This show is a Zoom-only affair, and a free ticket with suggested donation ($5) will get you a link to all things spooky, sassy, and sexy. Learn more.

8. Boo Bash in a Bag
Halloween Pumpkin

With Corvallis Parks & Rec's Boo Bash in a Bag, your child will have tons of Halloween fun from the comfort of your own home. Sign up for a free bag full of Halloween themed activities, games, and - of course! - tricks and treats, to be picked up Oct. 31. Learn more.

9. Children's Halloween Golf Outing

Missing out on trick or treating? Join the Diamond Woods Golf Course on Oct. 31 to play 9 holes with candy and hot cocoa after. Costumes encouraged, but not required. Learn more.
