Corvallis Arts Walk: September 2019

Guest Author | 08/22/2019 | Art Shows, Arts and Culture, Fall

Explore the art studios of downtown Corvallis and browse the work of our local artists!

The Corvallis Arts Walk is a grassroots-organized art walk that takes place on the third Thursday of each month in downtown Corvallis, Oregon. Galleries, studios, arts and crafts stores and the occasional pop-up keep their doors open late to host an art related event or demonstration.

Corvallis Arts Walk: September 19, 2019 (4 p.m. - 8 p.m., unless otherwise noted)

Let the favorable temperatures of early fall guide you on a glorious tour of the September Corvallis Arts Walk.

Pegasus Gallery invites you to the season of fall through colors and shapes collected through photography and paintings. Voices Gallery is featuring Alisha Berne Whitman's Explore - Alisha is comforted and inspired by local nature, and she transforms landscapes into a unique style that provokes an experience of shared awe and peace. Look to the stars at Truckenbrod Gallery with Julia Bradshaw's Survey, which examines the complicated relationship of photography and reality, and uses historical methods to explore the language and science of astronomy. PopsArtStudio's In Your Arms invites the viewer into the arms of “the other” in a philosophical exploration of belonging and significance. Get your creative juices flowing for this back-to-school season at Cyrano’s Bookbinding & Art Supplies. Jeremy Smoth's Mathematically Geometric is expressed through prints and 3D-sculpture.
