Witham Hill Natural Area is a lovely little patch of urban greenspace filled with Oregon white oaks and Douglas and grand firs and boasting a loop trail just under a mile long. It makes for a peaceful, beautiful setting for a quick hike or nature walk. It's a dog-friendly space (on leash), and a nice spot for a bit wildlife watching. The path is asphalt and leads you through native and invasive wilderness, offering views of Marys Peak along the way.
You can enter Witham Hill at a small parking lot located on Circle Blvd., just a little ways west past NW Witham Hill Drive.
