Downtown Cafe
Margin Coffee Roasters downtown location is their flagship shop. Since 2018 they've been slingin' spro and serving the historic downtown neighborhood in our 1906 building. You'll find a bright, open, and laid back environment with coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches as well as cocktails and lite dinner menu Friday and Saturday evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Roastery & Coffee Lab Cafe
The Roastery is an easy stop off of I5 for a quick take-out drink or sandwich, but you may also find that the cafe is the perfect spot for a meeting or quiet studying. From the front door you'll see the roaster and production space. Margin invites customers to join them for weekly cuppings or to watch the roasting production in action.
