Leaping Lamb Farm is located in a quiet creek valley of Oregon's Coast Range, 40 miles from the ocean and 25 miles from the university town of Corvallis. Guests are invited to stay overnight on the farm, either in the farm cottage that sleeps six or the farmhouse that sleeps ten, offering a retreat from city life, country quiet (with a lazy rooster alarm clock), trails for hiking, the gentle Honey Grove Creek running through the property, and lots of room to roam. Activities include feedings, egg collection, and any of the farm chores that interest you (participation is not a requirement of your stay, though). Both the cottage and farmhouse include a do-it-yourself breakfast, with cereals, fruits, bread, juice, coffee, teas, waffles and anything else you can think to whip up from the provisions in the cupboard and fridge. The kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and basic condiments. A washer and dryer are also provided for your use in both locations.
