Our family includes Corvallis Downtown Pub, South Corvallis Production Brewery and Tap Room, Winery, Caves Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW.
Our restaurants feature honest, casual food—much sourced from our great state—prepared from scratch, with passion. Hand-spanked Painted Hills Beef burgers, slow-smoked Carlton Farms pork, unique pastas, crisp salads, beer-battered fries, vegetarian options, seasonal specials, and a whole lot more.
