Birdie's Pizza

Birdie's Pizza features three chefs who met while working at the Gathering Together Farm restaurant in Philomath. They're a take-out pizza shop focused on quality and community, with locations in Corvallis and Philomath. They source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Their pizza doughs are made from organic grains and slow-fermented. They make their own sausage, ranch, sauces, and more. They offer hand-tossed New York and Detroit pan pizza styles. Slices and whole pies are available. Gluten-free Detroit style is an option, but it's only available as a whole pizza.
