Wings of Freedom Tour

The Collings Foundation brings five vintage WWII-era aircraft for public viewing at the Corvallis Municipal Airport June 12 through June 14. The four planes - a B-17 Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator, B-25 Mitchell, TF-51D fighter, and (new this year) TP-40 Warhawk - are fully restored and working aircraft. Walk-through tours and flights are available daily for a fee.

The Collings Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports “living history” events through the preservation, exhibition and interaction of historical artifacts, most notably vintage WWII-era aircraft. Their Wings of Freedom tour has brought these aircraft to public audiences around the country since 1989.
