Nolan Streitberger: Long Summer Days

Long Summer Days is a photo essay that follows Streitberger's daughter's journey through childhood as she struggles with the boredom of living as a single child in the same small home where Streitberger grew up. She lives a nearly device free lifestyle, which leads her to explore the world and envelop herself in her imagination and creativity. These images include subtle undertones and rich metaphors that disrupt stereotypes of girls, while highlighting her delightfully unconsciousness strength, independence, defiance, and playfulness.
