This year, Corvallis Culinary Week will be Corvallis Culinary Month, happening Jan. 11-31!
This annual local tradition showcases all the best that Corvallis restaurants have to offer. Corvallis top chefs show off their talents by offering locally-produced delicacies in chef’s specialty plates. From Northwest to Asian Fusion and Latin cuisine, there’s something for every taste.
New this year: Participating breakfast and lunch places are offering $10 Culinary Month plates. Culinary Month dinner options are $15 a plate. Meals are served as take-out/curbside to-go and also dine-outside for those that offer outdoor seating. Some establishments may also offer "Culinary Month Cocktails" (yes, to-go now too!) and "Culinary Month Desserts."
