Free Sports Services
The Corvallis Sports Commission and Corvallis Tourism offer a number of free services to make your event spectacular.
These include:
- Obtain bid proposals, including facility, lodging accommodations, transportation, and other services
- Provide information on community services
- Help recruit volunteers
- Assist with publicity efforts
- Provide direction for event sponsorship in the community
- Assist with Corvallis, OSU, and Benton County permitting processes
- Work with local businesses and restaurants to display welcome signs during the event
- Help plan activities and field trips throughout the community
- Provide assistance with pre- and post- event tours and activities
- Assist with coordiating childcare
- Create social marketing "buzz" about the event
