Corvallis
Parks and Recreation Department sponsors a variety of activities throughout
the year. There are 30 parks in Corvallis and 10 additional parks in the
rest of Benton County.

Avery Park -- SW 15th St. & SW Avery Park Dr.
Rose garden, kitchens and picnic areas, group shelters, softball fields,
and playgrounds.
Bald Hill Park -- Across from NW Oak Creek Dr.
Natural area with hiking trail to the top; panoramic view of the Corvallis
area.
Bellfountain Park -- 18 miles south of Corvallis
Benton County's oldest park, established in 1851, has the longest picnic
table in the United States cut from one continuous piece of wood.
Bruce Starker Arts Park -- SW Country Club Dr. &
SW 45th Street
Amphitheater, reflecting pond, fountain, and bike paths.
Central Park -- SW 6th St. & SW Monroe Street
Rose garden, fountain, and playground; site of the annual Corvallis
Fall Festival and da Vinci Days.
Chip Ross Park -- Off NW Highland Dr. on NW Lester

Hiking trails in a natural setting; views of the city.
Clemens Park -- 1-1/2 miles east of Alsea
Features 1/2 mile of Alsea River frontage. In addition to its excellent
fishing, the park has self-guided interpretive walking trails, picnic
sites, and areas for water play.
Mill Creek Park -- 2 miles west of Alsea
Best known for its boat ramp, Mill Creek features bank fishing and delightful
picnicking in the Dick Robinson Memorial Grove.
Riverfront Park -- 1st Street & Madison Avenue
Scenic park located along the Willamette River in downtown Corvallis;
fountain, river viewing area, plaza, picnic tables and home to the Saturday
Farmer's Market from May through October.
Walnut Park -- 4905 NW Walnut Blvd.
Horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, bike paths, trails, softball fields,
and covered group picnic sites.
Willamette Park -- at the end of Goodnight Road next
to the Willamette River
Kitchen and picnic areas, group shelters, softball fields, and playgrounds.
