Soap Creek Schoolhouse

Soap Creek Schoolhouse near Corvallis, Oregon

The historic Soap Creek Schoolhouse stands as a reminder of the time when one room was enough to make a school. It was built in 1935, during the Depression, when schools were built closer together to accommodate the children who walked to school. This well-preserved schoolhouse allows the visitor to step back in time to a bygone era.
